However, return and acceptance of the product is at the discretion of manufacturers/suppliers. We make every effort to resolve discrepancies or issues in relation to your purchase are resolved mutually.

Non-franchised lines

We only purchase products through Authorized, or trusted vendors. We understand the implications of counterfeit product reaching our customer and how it impacts not only the cost but also the project delivery and timelines.

We ensure that all our products are coming from our trusted network of suppliers who are screened, and background checked via references and history.
