Shipping policy

Detailed information about our shipping process is available on this page. We strongly advise and encourage all our customers to read and understand our shipping policy to avoid any conflicts arising after a purchase has been processed either through the website or via emails.


While we take every effort to process your order at the earliest, it may take up to 1-2 days for your order to be processed. We do not work during weekends. All orders received on Friday after 12pm noon Singapore time will only be processed the following Monday.

Singapore Deliveries

We deliver Singapore wide. Flat rate of $20 per delivery applies with a weight limit of 5kgs. Anything above the weight limit will incur additional costs.

International Deliveries

  1. Ship via Devanture Fedex/DHL/UPS account
  2. Our preferred carrier is Fedex for international deliveries. We could use DHL/UPS upon customer request.

    An estimated freight cost will be provided by our representative and added to your tax invoice prior to payment.

    Once the goods leave our facility, all other shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We will only be responsible until the goods are handed over to the courier

  3. Ship via your own courier account
  4. We can use your preferred Fedex/DHL/UPS accounts to dispatch the goods.

    Once the goods are handed over to the assigned carrier, all other shipment charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Loss or Damage

All products will be dispatched as per the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they provide correct address and contact details to avoid delays or loss of package. Devanture will assist in trying to recover any lost or undelivered packages but shall not be held responsible for any claims or damages arising due the error of the user/customers.
