Founded in 2013 in Singapore, Devanture began as a trusted provider of embedded systems components and services. Since 2020, we have expanded our focus to the industrial and automotive sectors with custom built software services and resource augmentation for developing and deploying on and off site, empowering OEMs in their transition to mobility and industrial developments.

Leveraging our in-house edge software modules and ready-to-deploy automotive software services, we deliver purpose-built solutions with help of our customization team and custom SW development team to tailor for the evolving automotive landscape as per customer specifications.

Our Background

Our founder, Kawshol Sharma, has spent decades designing and delivering high performance platforms that integrate embedded systems with cloud-based intelligence. His experience includes:

  • Development of cutting-edge technologies that power connected vehicles, edge computing platforms, and vehicle-to-cloud ecosystems.
  • His work spans from in-vehicle embedded software to large-scale cloud integrations, bridging the gap between low-level control systems and scalable digital services.
  • Leading the architecture of OSGi-based microservice platforms for vehicle ECUs with onboard compute.
  • Deploying secure, scalable OTA update frameworks across fleets of connected vehicles.
  • Building remote device control platforms using secure WebSocket protocols for automotive and industrial PLCs.
  • Bridging the physical and digital layers of mobility by combining embedded firmware with cloud-native services.

He is especially passionate about:

  • Building secure-by-design platforms that ensure data integrity, privacy, and
    compliance (ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434).
